Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the EscapeYYZ service ("Service") operated by us.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

EscapeYYZ is a notification service that finds and emails cheap flight deals originating from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). We are not a travel agency, we do not sell airline tickets, and we do not set or guarantee prices. All deals are found through public sources and are subject to change and availability by the airline or booking agent at any time.

2. Subscriptions

The Service is offered on two tiers: Free and Premium.

• Free Subscription: Provides periodic, delayed email alerts of flight deals.
• Premium Subscription: A paid, recurring subscription that provides instant access to all found flight deals. The current price is $69 CAD per year, which begins after a 14-day free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our payment processor, Stripe.

3. The "Save 3X or It's FREE" Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our Premium subscribers. If, during your first year of paid membership, you do not find a deal through our alerts that saves you at least three times the cost of your membership (currently $207 CAD) on a single flight booking, we will refund 100% of your membership fee for that year. To claim this refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your first year's subscription renewal date.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that flight deals will be available for purchase at the price we report, as prices can change rapidly. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or the expiration of any deal. You are responsible for verifying all details and booking directly with the airline or third-party provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EscapeYYZ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
